I love one-on-one time with the boys and it just doesn't happen often enough. Carson had a random day off from school so I planned a day of fun with my littlest love.
Build-a-Bear was the first stop. Both boys love and adore stuffed animals and Build-a-Bear is a special treat.
We really love the massaging chairs at the mall. Carson thought it was hilarious.
Trampoline jumping!
Chick-fil-A for lunch and play time at the mall.
Carson is kind of an interesting mix of pure, bubbling, joy and wild, crazy defiance and big emotions. He loves to hug and kiss and tells me he loves me about 16 times a day. He is also very opinionated and in the Spring a bit more defiance started coming out. He struggles in mighty ways when he doesn't get his way and that has been something we have had to work on. He has big opinions about his clothes and his hair-- something Carver still has no opinion about. He loves his big brother and his feelings are easily hurt when Carver is not quite as sweet as we might like for him to be. Carson has a precious habit of giving names to everything-- stuffed animals, bugs, toys, pillows... just about anything.
I am so thankful to be his mom. He is a joy and a gift and adds a lot of spice to our family life. He is hilarious and friendly and unpredictable. His preschool years have been so much fun.
