Fall (2022) Road Trip Part 2: Washington, DC

 

After checking into the hotel we headed straight out to the first museum- The National Museum of the American Indian.

Then we walked around the National Mall.

The church was very close to our hotel and I loved passing it multiple times a day.

The Smithsonian Museum of National History was my favorite!

Then we walked around more and had lunch at a food truck.

The World War II Memorial and Lincoln Memorial.

The next morning we started the day at the International Spy Museum-- this was easily the favorite attraction for the boys, and Daniel and I loved it too.

Then we went to Arlington National Cemetery.

That night we stopped a couple more memorials and then headed to Georgetown for dinner. It was the cutest town-- I loved it.

The next morning we left Washington, DC and headed to the next stop on our road trip!
