Winter Break 2018-2019

Legos were a big hit this year. Legos are something I can totally get on board with. Give me some instructions and piles of organized legos and I could sit for hours. Good bonding with the boys :)

Bentley at 9 months old.
I wanted to take the boys to Cherokee to see the Native American museum among other things. Despite taking motion sickness meds, Carson did not have a good trip there...

Takes me back to my days in the Cherokee village at Crestridge.

The museum!

Seriously, the best napper around.

The boys worked hard to write and perform a play together.

Movie time!

Carson made a bow (with Daddy's help).

New Year's Day lunch.

Carson and I had a date night. Getting one-on-one time with each boy is such a treat. It is one of my favorite outings for sure. He got to choose every moment of that night.

Teriyaki chicken in the mall food court.

Playing at the mall.

Shopping at Target to spend Christmas money.

Checking out the animals at Petsmart.

Christmas Season 2018

Every year we go to a show at our local community theater. This is one of my favorite family traditions.

(Carver's hair was so long!)

Gingerbread houses with Carver's 3rd grade class.

Caroling at a nursing home with Carver's favorite teacher ever!

Christmas Eve service at Biltmore Church. My favorite service of the year.

I adore this picture.

Heading to Daniel's parent's house for lunch with the extended family.

The BIG Snow (2018)

This was probably the biggest snow we have ever experienced. The boys had the best time playing in the snow! And we did some crafts and baking too :)
