Busch Gardens, 2021

 After our quick fall trip to Florida, the following weekend we headed to Williamsburg to meet up with the family for our annual trip to Busch Gardens for Christmastown! One of my very very favorite (recent) traditions. We were all able to go this year except Granddaddy, Julia, and Nathan. 

The weather was perfect this year and every time we get all of the cousins together we just have the BEST time. I love it when we can all be together, and I hope we keep doing this weekend trip for many more years.

On the way to Williamsburg we stopped at the zoo and Greensboro and it was spectacular. Such a good one!

These weekends with the family always pass by too quickly. Can't wait to go back!

Fall Florida Trip! November, 2021

 We don't regularly get trips to Florida in the fall, and this was a quick one. But it is so nice to be in Florida when the weather is mild! We spent a day at Legoland and a couple of nights in Gainesville to go to a Gator football game. Such a fun, but too short, trip :)

Our favorite restaurant in Gainesville! We met up with Courtney, Darin, Whitney, and Hadley for dinner and then the game the following day.

This was our "hotel." We booked the hotel relatively late and this is what we were able to get. It was 100% the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Like, terrifying.... The boys still talk about it regularly.

Our friends, however, booked their hotel far in advance and stayed at the same hotel the team stayed at the night before the game!

It was a fun day!
